Honey, 340g

Buriton Bees honey, 340g (12oz net). This is my 2024 crop from hives in Buriton village in Hampshire. There is a limited supply!

1. Raw honey is extracted from the comb and filtered into jars. Apart from that, it is not processed in any other way.
2. Store honey at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Clear, runny honey often sets as sugars in the honey form crystals. This natural process can be reversed by gentle warming. Place the jar in warm water and the crystals should dissolve.
3. Honey is unsuitable for infants under twelve moths of age.
4. Recycling: if you wish to return your clean, empty jars, I can sterilise them for use again.
